• Structural elements; installing a 6m steel beam in the roof & demolition of masonry walls

• Joinery upgrade; swapping out old timber windows for aluminium & upgrading front doors

• New kitchen installation; a fresh-look meal prep & dining space with all the modcons, significantly increasing the leasing and purchasing appeal of the property
